As a counselor, I am dedicated to identifying patterns, exploring family dynamics, uncovering past and present traumas, addressing cognitive dissonance, and understanding historical context to develop a comprehensive approach that supports our clients in achieving personally healthier outcomes.

I utilize an "Eclectic" therapeutic model, allowing for adjustments in therapeutic strategies based on individual circumstances. These strategies may include Motivational Interviewing, Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Client-Centered approaches, among others, to facilitate positive change.

Please feel free to text me directly with any questions or concerns you may have, or if you simply wish to discuss whether counseling services would be a suitable option for you….we can do that too :)

"A profound commitment supports individuals facing mental health challenges as they navigate towards wellness and empowerment. As a Mental Health Case Manager, the focus is on providing comprehensive support, conducting thorough assessments to identify needs, and collaboratively developing personalized care plans. A client-centered approach involves working collaboratively to tailor interventions to each individual's unique needs, strengths, and aspirations. Advocacy centers on empowering individuals to voice their preferences and needs within complex systems, ensuring they receive equitable access to quality care and support. Crisis intervention is offered, and diligently connecting clients with vital resources like therapy, medication assistance, housing support, and other community services is performed. Smooth transitions between different levels of care are facilitated, proactively coordinating appointments and fostering independence, so clients can actively participate in their recovery journey. Continuous learning and professional development are dedicated, attending conferences and training to remain updated on the latest evidence-based treatments and emerging trends in the field. It is incredibly rewarding to see individuals achieve their goals, build resilience, and enhance their overall well-being with the right support and resources. If you or someone you know could benefit from a collaborative and compassionate approach to mental health support, connecting is encouraged."
