At EOMHC, we provide outpatient mental health services for children, adolescents, and adults. We offer individual, group, and family sessions in our safe, private facilities, and when appropriate, we can even provide care in your home.

We've proudly served LeFlore and surrounding counties for over a decade, earning a '3-year certification with distinction' from the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services – a testament to our commitment to quality.

To make our services accessible, we accept Medicaid, SoonerCare, United Healthcare, and SoonerSelect Memberships (including Aetna, Humana, and Oklahoma Complete Health). We're also expanding our accepted insurances to soon include Medicare, BCBS, and Tricare for Veterans and their families.
